Kris Roley grew up the day he came face to face with a rat with wings while sleeping on a bench near the beach in the middle of winter.
Kris along with Kenneth Tomasits, Emma Kolar, Ashley Hall and Danielle Stern came out to tell stories inspired by the word “Adaptation.” We thought the theme could inspire stories of flexibility and change, but we’re always open to seeing what people come up with on their own.
Bio: Kris works as a multimedia producer during the day, but he’s been making strange noises for most of his life. He’s been producing online audio since 1999, podcasting since 2005. So clearly, he’s way more disturbed than he looks.

About Tell Me More… Live Storytelling: Everyone has a story, and there are plenty of storytelling events and podcasts around the world to showcase them. We’re not that different – except we tell stories mostly from a small stage in a mid-size military town. See the show regularly at the Push Comedy Theater in Norfolk, Va. As a hat tip to the improv theater, each show has a one-word theme. For upcoming shows, please find the schedule here. If you have a story you think fits one of the upcoming themes, sign up here.
