April Shannon Threet told us a story about how she ended up happy enough. (Photo swiped from her FB profile.)
April Shannon Threet shared a story about depression and a realization that helped her find a steady balance. Something about her – with a little help from herself – changed and for the better.
April was a member of The Pushers and is now the founder of On the Fly, the newest Hampton Roads improv group. She’s a kick-ass stage manager, a lover of birds (and all animals) and a kind soul.
Update!
Help April raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention‘s Hampton Roads Out of the Darkness Walk Sept. 12 at Mount Trashmore, Virginia Beach. Walks will be held throughout the state and the nation to raise money to fund research, offer educational programs, advocate for public policy and support those affected by suicide.
